The wine city Bely Mys is looking for a Head of PR Department.
The team is building “Bely Mys” — a wine city that will become a center of attraction for the industry, business, and people who care about what and how they choose. It’s not just a gastronomic project — it’s a place where a new culture of wine consumption and communication is being formed. And we need a person who can make sure that the company isn't just written about — but talked about.
What you will do:
- Develop PR strategy: not a “publication plan,” but a systemic media position for the brand
- Manage and strengthen the team: from setting tasks to the growth of each employee
- Work with federal and industry media as partners, not as placement channels
- Launch news hooks that pick up on their own
- Write texts that people want to publish without edits
- Prepare speakers and be the face of communication yourself when needed
- Organize events: from intimate interviews to large-scale PR activations
- Manage reputation: see risks before they become problems
- Conduct crisis communications — quickly, accurately, and without unnecessary noise
- Synchronize PR with marketing and content
- Analyze results not only in numbers, but also in real impact
Why join:
- A project that is itself a news hook
- Opportunity to directly influence the reputation of a federal-scale brand
- Direct contact with top management and participation in strategy
- Training, conferences, development
Who we are looking for:
- You have managed PR not only hands-on but also through a team
- You have real contacts in the media — and you know how to use them
- You write quickly, accurately, and in the right tone for the task
- You have crisis communication cases to be proud of
- You don't wait for news hooks — you create them
- You calmly handle pressure, deadlines, and complex inputs
- You can explain complex things in simple terms — and do it beautifully
- You understand the media landscape and how attention works
