WineWood Moscow is looking for a Head of Event Sales.
WineWood Moscow is an ensemble of mansions and event spaces in the heart of Moscow. The company sells not just hall rentals, but complete event scenarios: weddings, corporate events, team building, private dinners, business events, afterparties, gastronomic and wine formats.
Inside the complex, there are several venues and formats of different scales and characters: Champagne Hall, Cellar Hall, Rooftop Hall, Party Suites, Cépage restaurant, The Lobbiest Bar, as well as catering and cross-selling between different areas.
They are looking for a leader who will take full responsibility for the sales of the complex's event products and build a strong, manageable, and effective sales department.
Responsibilities will include
Full management of sales for all event directions of the complex:
Wedding sales / Corporate sales / Team building sales / Private events / Banquet sales / Business and mixed-use events
Formation of the sales department structure for different products and channels:
Development of partner channels:
Wedding agencies
Event agencies
MICE partners
Corporate clients
Formation and implementation of partner policy: terms, commissions, rules, SLA, source tracking
Participation in packaging and developing the complex's product matrix
Control of correct handover of closed projects to the operational department
Improving the commercial efficiency of the direction: conversion, venue utilization, revenue, margin
