WineWood Moscow - an ensemble of new mansions and event spaces. We sell weddings as a high-level product: privacy, architecture, service, gastronomy, and a strong technical base.
What you will do
Partnerships
Attract and retain agencies/organizers as a stable channel.
Make regular contacts, showarounds, presentations, and bring partners back into activity.
Record sources, conditions, and statuses in CRM. No “I remember it in my head”.
Sales
Process incoming leads, qualify them, schedule showarounds, conduct negotiations.
Prepare commercial proposals and calculations, close deals for bookings, contracts, and payments.
Push “thinking” clients and bring back “lost” clients through the funnel.
KPI
New active partners/month.
Number of showarounds/meetings.
Conversion rate from showaround to booking.
Revenue/margin from wedding projects.
Response speed and CRM discipline.
Requirements
Sales experience in event/wedding/hotel/banquet or strong B2C sales in the premium segment with proven results.
Ability to sell at a “high price” and calmly maintain boundaries: conditions, money, deadlines.
Systematic approach: CRM, sales funnel, contacts, reporting.
Readiness to work at the venue's pace: showarounds, meetings, high season.
What will be considered a failure
No sales funnel or tracking of sources.
“I’m trying, but it’s not closing”.
Partnerships based on personal sympathies without a system.
Lost leads and slow responses.
Conditions
Fixed salary + % of closed weddings.
Separate bonus for deals through new partners.
Transparent rules for recording sources and calculating bonuses.
