Commercial Director for WineWood Moscow Mansions
WineWood Moscow is a complex of mansions in the center of Moscow: a boutique hotel, Cepage restaurant, The Lobbiest bar, and event spaces for private and corporate events. The company is developing the WineWood Events & Experiences direction: banquets, weddings, corporate events, MICE, partnership formats, catering, and mobile bar services.
They are looking for a Commercial Director who will take responsibility for revenue growth, sales development, and building a sustainable commercial system for the direction.
Responsibilities:
- Meeting the revenue plan for the events direction
- Developing sales through event agencies, wedding planners, corporate clients, and partners
- Managing incoming inquiries, CRM, pipeline, and conversion
- Controlling the quality of commercial proposals and closing deals to contract stage
- Developing a partner network and maintaining regular contact: meetings, site inspections, business breakfasts, special offers
- Participating in product packaging: halls, restaurant, bar, hotel, MICE, catering
- Analyzing calendar load, average check, reasons for refusal, and projected revenue
- Regular reporting to the owner and management team
Candidate Expectations:
- Experience in commercial management in event, hospitality, MICE, restaurants, hotels, or premium B2B/B2C sales
- Understanding of the Moscow events market
- Experience working with agencies, corporate clients, and partners
- Ability to sell not just a "space," but an event scenario and the venue's value
- Confident work with CRM, numbers, plans, and sales funnels
- Negotiation skills with clients of various levels
- Systemic approach, independence, commercial mindset
Will be an advantage:
- Own database of agencies, partners, or corporate clients
- Sales experience with event venues, hotels, restaurants, MICE products, or catering
- Understanding of event economics: rental fees, deposits, service charges, profitability, agency commissions
- Experience launching or relaunching a commercial direction
