Hello everyone! We are looking for a Product Manager (RTB) for the product AdTech company TrafficStars. Relocation to Limassol (Cyprus) and processing for the whole family at the company's expense 🇨🇾
Company: TrafficStars Format: office, full-time (Cyprus, Limassol, relocation) Salary: 5000–6000 € net + annual bonus Product: high-load advertising network, 10+ years on the international market
Project:
The TrafficStars advertising network processes 10+ billion impressions per day, operates on 500+ servers in data centers in Europe and the USA, and handles over 1 million requests per second during peak hours. ClickHouse cluster — 3.6 petabytes of data.
At such a scale and with speed requirements, the platform remains stable and predictable due to its well-thought-out architecture and strong engineering team.
We are looking for a Product Manager (RTB) with a mandatory 2+ years of experience in programmatic / RTB, who will develop the product for real auctions, latency, and business metrics.
The vacancy implies relocation with the family to Limassol and full official employment.
Responsibilities:
• Development of RTB products and features in accordance with business goals. • Formation of product vision, roadmap, and success metrics. • Work with auction logic and performance metrics (CTR, CVR, revenue, win rate, latency). • Collection, analysis, and formalization of product and system requirements. • Conducting A/B tests and hypothesis validation. • Data analysis and search for growth and optimization points. • Interaction with development, analytics, and business teams. • Preparation of product documentation and acceptance criteria. • Monitoring implementation and analyzing results after releases.
Our expectations:
• Experience as a Product Manager in RTB / programmatic for 2+ years (mandatory). • Understanding of the RTB ecosystem: DSP/SSP, auctions, bidding, pricing, latency. • Experience with data-driven products and metrics. • Ability to work with technical teams and formulate requirements. • Experience in B2B AdTech or advertising networks. • Analytical thinking and ability to make product decisions.
Will be a plus:
• Experience with highload / real-time systems. • Technical background or understanding of backend architecture. • Experience with ClickHouse, BI tools, and dashboards.
