We are looking for an IT Project Manager (SEO Focus) for part-time work! The workload is up to 2 hours per day with potential for growth. We have a lot of tasks related to project promotion!

Project Manager at Bannikon:

• Manages the team: coordinates team work, gathers requirements, decomposes tasks, estimates, and monitors execution deadlines;
• Understands the difference between white-hat and forbidden promotion methods. Assigns tasks only for white-hat SEO promotion methods for websites;
• Develops plans and checklists for promotion. Informs the supervisor and our clients about assigned plans and deadlines;
• Understands and knows the mechanics of website audits. Oversees and assists performers in conducting website audits: technical, on-page optimization, off-page optimization, commercial ranking and indexing factors;
• Monitors and oversees the collection, enrichment, and clustering of the project's semantic core (KeyAssort or similar), ensuring the selection of only relevant keywords;
• Monitors the correctness of website status and position monitoring data (Topvisor, Pixel Plus), as well as timely response to deviations;
• Controls and organizes the full cycle of work: task assignment (to developers and copywriters/AI), content review, structure management (sections/categories/tags), off-page optimization (link plan and site selection), and analytical reporting on results;
• Maintains analytics on the work performed;

We expect you to:

• Have IT project management experience from 2 years;
• Understand how search engine algorithms work and have case studies in your portfolio;
• Know the technical factors of optimization and can assign technical tasks to the team;
• Can analyze competitors in various areas: off-page optimization, on-page, and technical;
• Know how to conduct off-page optimization and purchase links according to the plan;
• Be ready to learn and delve into the specifics of a particular project's market;
• Hold a higher education degree;
