Responsibilities:
- Development of full-scope design documentation for SPC and NVF.
- Preparation of assignments for adjacent departments (for surveyors for measurements and point staking, for material procurement, for production for manufacturing, for installation).
- Author's supervision during production and installation.
- Compilation and submission of reports according to company standards.
Requirements:
- Higher specialized education (engineer, bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering – industrial and civil construction).
- Work experience of 3+ years in the specialty.
- Experience in design work for 1000 m2 or more. Knowledge of translucent structures systems (more than 3 systems). Knowledge of ventilated facade systems (more than 2 systems). Knowledge of wet facade systems (more than 2 systems). Knowledge of natural stone installation systems (1-2 systems). Knowledge of metal frame design principles. Selection of aluminum profiles based on strength of materials. Knowledge of regulatory documents for SPC, GOST SP SNIP. Knowledge of regulatory documents for NVF. Knowledge of design regulatory documents. Knowledge of the composition of working project design documentation. Portfolio required. Acquisition of necessary software for work. Ability to create and work with 3D models. Ability to create system blocks. Ability to convert from PDF to DWG. Ability to work in a team of 2-3 people with shared AutoCAD documents.
- Experience in author's supervision in production and construction. Ability to plan project work.
- Proficient PC user. Proficient in AutoCAD (2D, 3D).
Conditions:
Company specializing in the production and installation of translucent structures and facade glazing. One of the market leaders (25 years).
Office. Rumyantsevo metro station. 5 minutes on foot. Work schedule: Monday – Friday. After the probation period, remote work format is possible (in the office once a week). Salary: from 200,000 rubles to 300,000 rubles (net) depending on qualifications. Employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.
