The Arsenal Machine-Building Plant is looking for a Deputy Head of Motivation and Remuneration.
Arsenal Machine-Building Plant is an enterprise with a full production cycle: from preparatory to machining and assembly production, which allows it to occupy a significant place in the Russian market in the field of development and production of spacecraft, modern technical equipment for ships, and ship equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Calculation of the planned number of employees at the enterprise;
- Calculation of the planned payroll fund (PPF) at the enterprise;
- Development of optimal labor and rest regimes at the enterprise;
- Introduction of approved processes into pilot and industrial operation;
- Development of internal regulatory acts (IRAs) of the enterprise for establishing labor and rest regimes;
- Development of IRAs of the enterprise for organizational design and staffing planning;
- Development and regulation in IRAs of the enterprise of the remuneration system and material incentives, PPF planning;
- Design of divisions and positions at the enterprise;
- Work with the staff list and HR documents;
- Changes in employee salaries;
- Implementation of the remuneration system and material incentives for employees;
- Control and analysis of compliance with the staffing plan;
- Control and analysis of the execution of the approved personnel payroll budget;
- Control of compliance with established labor and rest regimes for personnel;
- Improvement of the remuneration and incentive system.
Requirements:
- Experience with State Defense Orders (SDO) is mandatory!
- Relevant experience of at least 3 years;
- Proficient PC user, 1C: DO, 1C: ZUP, 1C: ERP;
- Higher technical or economic education;
- Proactive, willing to develop and learn;
- Ability to plan your time, possess high communication skills, be diligent and responsible.
Work Schedule: 5/2, working day from 08:20 to 17:10 (until 16:10 on Fridays).
