We are looking for Marketing Team Leader, not CMO - someone who executes alongside the team, not just delegates.

We expect:

• 5+ years overall experience in digital marketing, including 3+ years in B2B SaaS or tech product marketing
• 2+ years experience in team management
• Proven track record of planning and executing successful product launches and major feature releases, with measurable results
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale organic lead generation - not just maintain it
• Deep hands-on expertise in SEO and GEO (AI-driven search, LLM visibility, answer engine optimization)
• Experience growing a YouTube channel as a B2B lead generation channel
• Ability to identify and automate routine marketing workflows using AI tools (content generation, reporting, keyword research, etc.)
• Experience in working with Europe and/or USA markets
• Regularly tests new growth approaches, analytics tools, and sharing learnings and knowledge with a team
