What needs to be done? • Conduct product analytics: success metrics, funnels, cohorts, A/B tests for AI agents and platform • Evaluate agent performance: accuracy, latency, satisfaction, conversion, P&L • Search for new data sources, test hypotheses, influence product strategy • Communicate results to the team and business
