Kazakhmys Group invites Process Safety Management Director (PSM Director)
We are building a world-class Process Safety Management corporate system and are looking for a leader to head the development of process safety at the Company's largest production assets.
Main tasks:
- Development and implementation of PSM strategy
- Critical Risk Management
- Development of PSM elements: PHA, MoC, Mechanical Integrity, PSSR, PSI
- Implementation of international standards OSHA PSM, CCPS, API, ICMM
- Presentation of process safety issues at the top management level
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in the mining, metallurgical, oil and gas, chemical, or energy industry
- 7+ years in leadership positions
- Practical experience in implementing Process Safety Management
- Experience in managing critical risks and investigating major incidents
