We are looking for a specialist to join the Tech Support team to work with vendors and control the necessary resources for technical teams.
What you will do:
🌸Control the availability and delivery of numbers; 🌸Interact with vendors; 🌸Maintain data in Google Sheets and CRM; 🌸Monitor performance indicators and promptly resolve emerging issues.
Experience is not required — we will teach you everything you need. Will be a plus: Python, Git, Jira, experience in process optimization and working with AI tools. Important: confident PC and Google Sheets skills.
