Project - ERP implementation in large-scale manufacturing

Tasks:
- Managing ERP system "Galaktika" implementation projects at the enterprise;
- Planning, coordination, and control of project tasks completion on time and within budget;
- Interaction with customers and internal departments to understand requirements and their implementation;
- Formulating requirements for ERP system functionality, considering the specifics of the manufacturing sector;
- Developing project solutions for modules:
- production management and cost calculation;
- logistics and warehouse logistics;
- sales management and supply chains;
- Organizing the project team, assigning tasks, and monitoring their execution;
- Analyzing risks and developing measures to minimize them;
- Preparing reports on project status and results;
- Training and supporting ERP system users
What we expect:
- Over 5 years of experience in managing ERP system implementation projects;
- Experience in managing ERP system implementation projects (Galaktika, SAP (S/4HANA, ERP), Oracle ERP, 1C:Enterprise 8 in a manufacturing environment);
- Knowledge of "Galaktika" ERP functionality will be an advantage;
- Strong communication skills – written, oral, including preparation and delivery of presentations;
- Control of project financial performance;
- Project management skills (ability to work with project documentation, PMI, Agile methodologies will be a plus);
- Ability to solve complex problems and work in a multitasking environment
- Team management experience;
- Strong leadership qualities;
- Proactive approach to work, independent search for new opportunities and business advancement options;
- High level of responsibility towards the company and customers.
Knowledge that will be an advantage:
- Knowledge of manufacturing enterprise business processes;
- Understanding of principles of cost calculation, inventory management, production planning;
- Understanding of the basics of ERP integration with MES, WMS, CRM, and other systems.
