Requirements: Experience: 4–5+ years in Python/Backend or AI/ML team lead. AI and LLM: Production experience with LLM/ML, RAG and agent development. Development: API services, Git, CI/CD. Code Review, ensuring reliability, security, and observability. Understanding of NFR (non-functional requirements) and the ability to ensure them.
