Hi! We are looking for a Game Designer (with mandatory iGaming, Slots experience) to create full-cycle iGaming slot games — from idea and game mechanics to development support and game release.
We need not just a concept author, but a specialist who understands how game mechanics affect the mathematical model, game balance, and user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop concepts for new slot games (not instant, not crash, and not other formats).
- Design game mechanics, bonus modes, and game loops.
- Create and maintain the GDD (Game Design Document).
- Collaborate with mathematicians to refine RTP, volatility, hit frequency, max win, and other game parameters.
- Work closely with developers, artists, and mathematicians until the game is released.
- Participate in balancing game mechanics and analyze post-launch results.
What we expect:
- 2+ years of experience as a Game Designer developing slot games.
- Understanding of slot mathematics: RTP; Volatility; Hit Frequency; Max Win; payout distribution.
- Practical experience in designing game mechanics: Megaways; Cluster Pays; Hold & Win; Tumble / Cascade; Scatter Pays; Free Spins; Wild Mechanics; Bonus Buy.
- Experience writing detailed game documentation (GDD).
- Excellent understanding of the iGaming market and modern slot providers.
- Experience analyzing post-release game metrics and making data-driven changes.
- Tools: Excel (formulas, game mechanic modeling). Figma. Jira. Confluence.
What is important to us:
- Ability to justify decisions with numbers and logic.
- Comfortable working in a cross-functional team.
- Openness to feedback.
- Independence and responsibility for results.
- We always evaluate portfolios when considering candidates. We expect to see at least 3 released slot games.
What we offer:
- Fully remote work format — you can work from anywhere in the world.
- An international startup creating its own slot provider and developing products from scratch.
- The opportunity to influence the product and participate in creating games that are released and operate in the international market.
- Competitive compensation: fixed income + percentage of revenue from games the Game Designer worked on.
- Work in a small expert team with rapid decision-making, free from excessive bureaucracy.
- Opportunity for professional growth along with the company and influence on the development of game products from an early stage.
If our offer resonates with you, and your experience matches what is stated in the announcement, we will eagerly await your response: recruiter contact
