Tetetrika online school is looking for a Financial Business Partner to be responsible for developing the company's financial and operational plans.
Responsibilities:
- Work with existing financial business models across company departments (marketing, sales, customer service, etc.)
- Support and refine current business modeling
- Identify and interpret deviations in performance indicators, including leading indicators for key business units
- Signal inefficiencies in business metrics
- Collaborate with business teams and model forecast metrics that the company operates by
- Present research findings, participate in solution development
Candidate Profile:
- At least 3 years of experience in finance and business modeling
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
- Basic SQL proficiency, ability to write simple queries
- Ability to translate a business task into a research task, create a research plan
- Ability to systematically search for information and structure identified data
- Knowledge of how to present findings clearly – reports, presentations, dashboards
- Ability to organize confirmation of hypotheses with data
- Higher education in finance/technical field
