We are looking for a Holding Financial Partner at Alfa-Bank.
What you will be doing:
- Financial support of 3-5 holding legal entities
- Building driver-based, consolidated financial models for 2-3 years, identifying expense and revenue drivers for accurate modeling
- Monthly model support with forecasting, taking into account actuals from the reporting department (no need to close actuals yourself)
- Maintaining P&L, CF models (direct and indirect methods)
- Investment analysis, valuation of companies and business units
- Responding to ad hoc management requests, preparing analytical materials
- Automating reporting and participating in the development of financial dashboards for independent operation without involving the analytical function
- Team management (1 direct report)
Requirements:
- Higher education in finance (economics, finance, accounting, etc.)
- Relevant work experience in e-commerce/e-groceries/ad tech or consulting in strategic finance, in IT companies
- Excellent financial modeling and forecasting skills; proficient in Excel (models, macros, Power Query)
- Knowledge of cash flow calculation methods (direct and indirect) and P&L management
- Experience in building and maintaining complex driver-based models, identifying key expense/revenue drivers
- Investment analysis and company/business valuation skills
- Understanding and practical experience with SQL and/or Python – will be an advantage
- Ability to create automated reports and dashboards (Excel, BI)
- High analytical insight, independence, and ability to work in a dynamic environment
