Responsibilities
- Support English-speaking users via phone and email.
- Assist with product implementation and configure software according to customer requirements.
- Set up specialized user equipment.
- Collect and systematize feedback and suggestions regarding product performance.
- Maintain and supplement technical documentation.
Requirements
- English language proficiency at level B2 or higher according to CEFR, fluent spoken language and business correspondence.
- Understanding of the principles of modern web applications.
- Basic skills in working with databases and executing SELECT, UPDATE, INSERT, and DELETE queries.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Initiative, communication skills, stress resistance, responsibility, and teamwork abilities.
Nice to Have
- Experience with clients, user training, and presentations.
- Knowledge of medical information systems PACS, RIS, EHR and protocols DICOM, HL7.
- Knowledge of network technologies TCP/IP, SFTP, SSH, VPN, and firewall.
- Command-line skills for Unix-like systems.
- TOEFL or IELTS certificate, as well as having dual monitors.
