Travelpayouts (now part of the Aviasales group) is a platform that helps monetize travel content. We have long been leaders in Russia and are now actively building our business in North America, Europe, and other regions (international revenue share >40%).
We are looking for two strong product people to launch two completely new ventures: content monetization in messengers (Telegram, WhatsApp, MAX (excluding Chinese ones), etc.) and social networks (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, X, etc.).
This is a role for an entrepreneur at heart. We provide the technology and resources; you — forge the path to partners and revenue.
What you'll do
- Research: talk to the market, conduct customer development interviews with international creators and content makers, understand platform nuances;
- Experiment: generate a ton of hypotheses and test them cheaply. At the start, you won't have a large development team, so speed and ingenuity are key;
- Build the product: create tools that leverage the full power of Travelpayouts technology and help bloggers earn automatically, without extra steps;
- Grow: once you find a working business model — you'll hire your own team and lead the entire venture;
- Drive impact: your metrics are real money and the number of new / active partners.
What we expect from you
- English language level B2 and above is required. You'll need to communicate extensively with international partners, and you must do so fluently;
- You are a self-starter: you can work in conditions of uncertainty. Data will be scarce, time too — you need to make decisions based on experience and intuition;
- You are a practitioner: you know how to test ideas "manually" with minimal budget;
- You are a leader: you have experience in hiring and managing a product team (this will come in handy a bit later);
- You are in the know: you have a genuine interest in the creators economy, social networks, and understand how everything works there.
Will be a plus:
- experience launching products from scratch (from the "just an idea" stage) and bringing them to stable performance;
- experience working with products for bloggers / influencers;
- knowledge of languages besides English — Spanish / Portuguese / French.
