What the job entails:

🔹 Managing IT projects and launching new services 🔹 Working with development, analysts, QA, DevOps, and business teams 🔹 Planning timelines, resources, and priorities 🔹 Managing risks and inter-team dependencies 🔹 Participating in improving development and delivery processes

What's important:

✅ At least 3 years of experience as an IT Project Manager ✅ Understanding of SDLC ✅ Agile / Scrum / Kanban ✅ Experience with Jira / Confluence ✅ Understanding of APIs and integrations ✅ Ability to negotiate, not just "escalate problems"

A technical background will be a plus:

💻 Understanding of system architecture ⚙️ Experience with integrations 🔌 Understanding of service interaction and backend processes 🧩 Ability to speak the same language as developers

Will be a plus:

💳 Fintech / banking experience ⚙️ BPM / ELMA365 📚 PMP / Scrum / ICAgile certifications
