Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a PR strategy aligned with the company's business goals
- Manage external communications. Organize joint projects with GR, the Charitable Foundation, and other company departments. Plan and conduct press conferences, briefings, corporate events. Prepare press releases, articles, interviews, and other PR materials. Maintain long-term relationships with opinion leaders, journalists, and industry experts
- Develop internal communications in collaboration with the HR department (corporate portal, corporate TV, magazine, social networks, working with company ambassadors, etc.)
- Accompany the development of the company's product brand in conjunction with the marketing department
- Coordinate the work of external contractors (event, digital agencies)
- Monitor media and social networks, prepare reports on the effectiveness of PR activities
- Develop anti-crisis communication strategies, respond promptly to negative information events
Requirements:
- Higher education in a relevant field (PR, Marketing, Journalism, or related areas)
- 5–7 years of experience in PR, including managerial positions
- Candidates with a combination of "production + sales" experience from large federal companies will have an advantage
- Experience in building effective relationships with contractors
- Developed skills in building and digitizing business processes
