WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Drafting and refining the terms of legal documents in the field of e-commerce, for example, offers for the conclusion of mixed, unnamed contracts, regulating relationships for transactions on electronic platforms in the C2C, B2C, B2V areas.
- Drafting and amending legal documents in the field of intellectual property, licensing agreements, agreements on the alienation of exclusive rights to intellectual property, etc.
- Drafting and amending legal documents regulating relationships in the field of personal data.
- Drafting and amending legal documents in the field of labor relations.
- Drafting and amending legal documents regulating relationships in the field of advertising.
- Drafting claims and preparing responses to claims.
- Writing requests, appeals, letters to the company's counterparties, government bodies, and local self-government bodies.
- Preparing procedural documents, such as lawsuits, responses, objections, appeals, cassation complaints, etc.
- Participating in court hearings in courts of general jurisdiction and arbitration courts, if necessary.
- Drafting, correcting, and approving various types of contracts and agreements.
- Drafting memos, consulting employees on issues of Russian and international law.
- Monitoring the company's compliance with the rules of the "Skolkovo" project.
- Carrying out work in the field of enforcement proceedings and corporate relations.
- Handling taxation of an IT company, including tracking legislative changes.
WHAT YOU NEED FOR THIS VACANCY
- Higher legal education.
- At least 3 years of professional experience. Priority is given to drafting legal documents in the field of e-commerce in areas with incomplete or absent legal regulation or judicial practice.
