PPC Expert (Asia/LATAM)

About the company: Tiebreak Solutions is an international fintech company developing technological solutions for brokers and financial organizations worldwide. The company powers trading platforms for desktop, web, and mobile, processing over a billion transactions annually.

In connection with international growth, the team is looking for a PPC Expert to develop performance marketing in the Asian and LATAM markets.

Responsibilities: • Launching, managing, and optimizing PPC campaigns in Google Search, Display, Mobile, YouTube, Microsoft Ads, and Paid Social • Developing performance strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition • Managing large advertising budgets • Launching and developing advertising campaigns in the Asian and/or LATAM markets • Keyword research, competitor analysis, and ad copy optimization • Analyzing landing page effectiveness and working on conversion rate improvement • Monitoring campaign results and increasing ROI • Preparing reports on CPA, CPL, conversions, campaign performance, and budgets • Setting up and controlling analytics through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager • Testing new acquisition channels and marketing hypotheses

Requirements: • PPC experience of 3+ years • Experience in fintech, FX, online trading, or other performance-oriented niches • Practical experience running advertising campaigns in the Asian and/or LATAM markets • Excellent knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Paid Social • Experience managing large advertising budgets • Understanding of CPA, CPL, ROAS, ROI, and conversion funnels • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and tracking systems • Strong analytical skills • Experience in highly competitive niches • Fluent English
