Our partner is a consulting company that helps large companies grow and undergo transformations: build strategies, develop leaders and teams, change corporate culture, and improve employee and client experience.
We are currently looking for a self-sufficient B2B marketer to join the team, who will partner with the Director of Semantic and Product Marketing in implementing marketing projects.
The main task is to turn strategic decisions into concrete marketing projects, organize their implementation, and bring them to fruition.
A person with strong project management and B2B marketing skills, who can independently build a marketing project plan, work with content and channels, engage the right people, and remain calm in conditions of uncertainty, would be a good fit.
What you will be doing:
- Managing several marketing projects simultaneously: from idea and brief to launch, results analysis, and the next iteration;
- Turning tasks into a clear plan: defining what to do, in which channels, what materials are needed, and who to involve;
- Developing Telegram, website, blog, email newsletters — and ensuring that content works towards business objectives, not just for its own sake;
- Adapting and distributing expert content across different formats and channels with the editor and designer;
- Launching marketing campaigns around products, practices, research, case studies, offers, and key topics;
- Developing CRM marketing: database segmentation, email and CRM sequences;
- Supporting the marketing aspects of events: promotion, landing pages, newsletters, communications, and further contact management;
- Coordinating the editor, designer, and contractors, monitoring deadlines, quality, and budgets;
- Analyzing results, identifying bottlenecks, and independently proposing what can be improved or tried next.
🌟 Ideal Candidate:
- 3+ years in B2B marketing and an understanding of how marketing relates to sales and the B2B funnel;
- Strong project management skills: ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, build a plan, engage the right people, and bring tasks to launch;
