What is important to us:
- experience in managing large cross-functional projects for more than 5 years, possession of project management certificates
- knowledge of project management principles in accordance with PMBoK / PMI + experience in managing projects within these methodologies
- technical background, understanding of the stages of information system development/implementation
- understanding of technological processes for development and support of information systems
- general technical knowledge in building information systems, sufficient for effective interaction with IT experts
- experience in assessing the complexity of work on the development and implementation of information systems
- ability to assess the adequacy of the proposed technical solution
- a well-formed understanding of project activities processes and their purpose, knowledge of waterfall, agile, scrum project management methodologies. Ability to apply them in project activities
- confident command of software development management tools (Jira / Confluence)
You will be:
- implementing complex projects (IT/Business) in accordance with the approved budget, deadlines, and resources
- managing the project at all stages: planning, defining project scope regarding cost, time, and quality, managing change requests throughout the project lifecycle
- managing cross-functional project teams and building productive and effective interaction with the business customer, IT team, external vendors, and other stakeholders
- forming a project management plan (including a schedule, risk matrix, key performance indicators, etc.)
- continuously monitoring project risks and resolving emerging issues, timely escalation of problematic points to management level
- creating presentations and reports for senior management on project status, conducting regular project meetings to assess and document interim statuses on key project areas
- building effective communication with all teams, managing project management bodies, timely informing about project status and risks
