We are looking for a Creative Director who will be responsible for shaping ideas, concepts, and implementing advertising campaigns that reveal the Lesta Games brand platform and our gaming projects. You will need to establish seamless cooperation with production and the marketing team.
What you will be doing
- Building a sustainable advertising practice within the company and products — defining formats, approaches, knowledge base;
- Monitoring trends, implementing AI tools, expanding the visual and verbal repertoire of the brand, and building the company's creative expertise in the advertising market;
- Creating creative concepts for various campaigns (including 360, integrated campaigns, events, digital and PR special projects), as well as expressing ideas in words: writing scripts, taglines, and namings;
- Conducting creative sessions and brainstorming, setting up internal processes for developing and protecting ideas;
- Presenting ideas to internal clients and defending them. You will be responsible for all stages of project production.
We expect:
- Experience with similar tasks for 3+ years;
- Managed advertising campaigns: from idea to production;
- Have a sense of style, visual culture, and humor;
- Have a copywriting background;
- Possess leadership qualities, the ability to inspire a team and defend ideas;
- Understand technologies and AI tools;
- Interested in the video game industry.
