• Updating the concept of the company's corporate accounts on social media, implementing a new content policy.
• Active (very) interaction with colleagues from internal departments to prepare content.
• Generating ideas and initiatives, conducting measurable content experiments.
• Studying accounts of other Russian and foreign companies, tracking current trends.
• Preparing materials for social media both independently and with the involvement of colleagues from the video studio and design department.
• Performance analysis.

• Experience managing social media for IT or e-commerce companies; experience with a relaunch (transitioning to a new strategy) will be a big advantage.
• Experience interacting with PR and HR departments, understanding their goals.

• Deep understanding of social media: algorithms, tools, statistics.
• Developed skills in graphic editors (Figma, Canva, mobile video editing apps).
• Developed skills in using AI services for generating images and video.

• Endless interest in the world, a desire to learn new things, share them with others, making complex things simple.
• Sense of humor with an understanding of boundaries.
