Head of Content Service
We are developing an international food delivery and retail service.
Our team is responsible for content strategy and standards in international markets. We launch new markets, rebuild processes, and work with the product to ensure that content enhances the business, not just "complies with requirements."
We are looking for a manager who will take full responsibility for this direction: strategy, process development, and management of a large team.
Develop content in conjunction with the product Content directly influences what the user sees, chooses, and orders. You will work at the intersection of operations and product: participate in creating scenarios for displaying partners, implement changes, and evaluate their impact on business metrics.
Manage a large team Direct management — about 50 people, matrix management — another 90+ (content managers, retouchers, and team leads). You will need to build a clear management system: goals, priorities, quality metrics, development of managers. This is a role for someone who can maintain focus, make decisions under uncertainty, and remain a support for the team.
Launch and scale processes You will need to launch content processes in new countries and develop existing markets. Therefore, you will build a system from scratch: quality standards, onboarding, control, tools. And then — scale it without loss of quality. Not just maintain the status quo, but regularly improve and enhance.
