🚀 Seeking a Product Manager for Activation Growth

At BILLZ, we're building a platform that helps over 6,000+ stores automate their operations and grow their business. We are now looking for a Product Manager who will be responsible for the entire new customer journey – from registration to activation, achieving initial value, and converting to a paid subscription, by continuously improving onboarding, user education, and the activation funnel through product experiments.

📌 Your main task is to ensure that a new customer achieves their first result as quickly as possible and wants to stay with BILLZ.

What you'll be doing:

• Building and identifying bottlenecks in the digital funnel for user acquisition and activation
• Designing and iterating on onboarding: product tours, activation checklists, merchant segmentation at entry. Reducing Time-to-Value for new customers
• Building a self-service experience that minimizes the need for interaction with sales or support teams
• Building an experimentation culture within the team: hypotheses, A/B tests, regular release and results review cycles
• Independently working with data: cohort analysis, identifying drop-off points in the funnel, prioritizing based on metric impact
• Managing the stream backlog and writing concise, development-oriented requirements
• Working closely with design, development, and marketing teams

You're a good fit if:

• You have 3+ years of experience in Product Management.
• You have worked with PLG products, onboarding, or user activation and understand the principles of Product-Led Growth.
• You are confident working with analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar).
