Team Lead of HR Automation Team

Position: Team Lead of HR Automation Team Company: Small City: Kazakhstan Employment: hybrid Salary: up to 3,000,000 tenge

SMALL is one of the largest retailers in Kazakhstan: 140+ stores, 12,000+ employees, 7.5 million+ purchases per month. We are developing a digital HR ecosystem: ATS, WFM, electronic document management, LMS, HR analytics, corporate portal, integrations with 1C:ZUP and internal systems.

Job description: Responsibilities — Formulate the technical vision, architecture, and roadmap of the HR landscape; — Develop ATS, WFM, timekeeping, electronic document management, training, assessment, HR analytics; — Manage a team of developers, analysts, and QA; — Build integrations with 1C:ZUP, internal platforms, and external systems; — Implement CI/CD, automated tests, monitoring, alerting, and stable releases; — Apply analytics, ML/LLM where it provides business efficiency.

Requirements: — 5+ years in development and automation of corporate systems; — Understanding of the HR domain: recruitment, personnel records management, scheduling, timekeeping, payroll, training, HR analytics; — Experience with 1C and 1C:ZUP or a good understanding of the 1C ecosystem; — Backend, databases, REST API, integrations, event-driven approaches; — Understanding of DevOps/SRE: GitLab CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, monitoring; — Strong communication with business, HR, finance, information security, and infrastructure.
