Responsibilities: • Financial strategy and consolidated group reporting (IFRS); • Building financial chains and cash flow control; • Establishing corporate and holding structures (SPV, subsidiaries); • International tax planning and transfer pricing; • Treasury, liquidity, and intercompany financing management; • Fundraising (loans, bonds, investments); • Financial valuation and support of M&A transactions; • Management of currency and financial risks; • Reporting to the Board of Directors and investors; • Compliance control (AML/KYC, CRS/FATCA); • Leadership of financial teams of subsidiaries; • Group budgeting and KPIs.
