Description
Our team is engaged in the analysis of business initiatives (ex ante & ex post) using the CLTV metric for individual customers and products. We are looking for a talented Data Analyst who can strengthen our team.
Responsibilities
- implement and develop the use of the Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV) metric in business and management processes
- integrate CLTV into marketing, sales, and CRM strategy
- analyze the effectiveness of existing approaches to customer base management and implement new solutions to increase customer profitability
- conduct analytical research and visualize results for management decision-making
- work on developing customer behavior models and optimizing product offerings
Requirements
- higher education in the fields of economics, finance, mathematics, statistics, information technology, or business analytics
- have at least 3 years of work experience in the banking sector (preferably retail network, CRM, financial products, analytical areas, working with customer databases)
- have experience in implementing projects for calculating and using CLTV/LTV or similar metrics in a financial environment, product pricing
- proficient in data analytics tools (SQL, Python/R for processing and modeling large volumes of data).
- able to perform customer segmentation using methods such as RFM analysis
- experience in developing and operating Machine Learning models for predicting customer churn and forecasting CLTV - an advantage
- possess skills in conducting experiments (A/B testing) and improving customer services.
