We are looking for an Implementation Team Lead for a large regional project: TOR "Property".
Project: TOR "Property" is a software complex that is part of "BFT.Property", a comprehensive automated system that provides accounting and management of state and municipal property with the ability to adapt to the requirements of regional and local legislation.
The system has been successfully implemented in several regions of the Russian Federation and is used by local government bodies.
What you will be doing:
- Auditing the Customer's business processes
- Analyzing the regulatory legal framework
- Formalizing the customer's business requirements
- Developing and approving technical specifications, test programs and methodologies, conversion methodologies (according to GOST 34)
- Conducting acceptance and transfer procedures
- Supporting end-users on the customer side during the trial operation phase
- Functional testing of enhancements (if necessary)
- System configuration
- Training customer employees
We expect from you:
- Experience in the IT field
- Experience managing an IT project implementation team
- Understanding of the development process and IT products
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Understanding of business processes
- Higher technical education
- Skills in planning, task delegation, and control
