Senior Lawyer Vacancy

**International holding company developing projects in Cyprus and combining several business areas: HoReCa, wine & spirits, real estate, health & beauty.

We are looking for a Senior Lawyer who will take responsibility for the legal support of the business, legal risk management, and support of the company's corporate processes.

Responsibilities: • Structuring deals and supporting corporate projects. • Managing legal risks within current businesses. • Opening and supporting bank accounts in conjunction with the finance department. • Preparing, analyzing, and approving contracts, participating in negotiations with counterparties. • Interacting with Cyprus government authorities on licensing and permit acquisition. • Working with the internal legal department and external legal consultants. • Handling legal matters for the company's owner.

Our expectations: • From 2 years of experience as a Senior Lawyer in Cyprus. • Experience in corporate law and asset management. • Experience in development. • Knowledge of Cypriot labor law. • Fluent in English and Russian.
