We are looking for a Senior Lawyer for an international company in Cyprus. Family office. Specializations - Development, HORECA, and Beauty.
📍 Location: Cyprus 🏢 Work format: Office, 5/2 💰 Salary: from 4000 € (discussed with the successful candidate)
Requirements: • from 2 years of experience as a Senior Lawyer in Cyprus; • experience in corporate law and asset management; • experience in the development sector; • knowledge of Cyprus labor law; • fluent English and Russian languages.
Main tasks: • deal structuring; • legal risk management; • preparation and approval of contracts; • interaction with banks, government authorities, external lawyers, and the internal legal department; • support for licensing and permit documentation issues; • legal support for the company owner.
