Head of Marketing, remote, Roblox

About the role: An investment and production fund buys and scales games on Roblox. We are looking for a Head of Marketing to build marketing from scratch in the "wild west" of the platform.

Main responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of a marketing strategy for the game portfolio
• Building a system of growth hypotheses and marketing experiments
• Launching and testing acquisition channels
• Development and management of the marketing team
• Formation of a growth playbook and best practices

Our expectations: Experience: 5+ years in marketing Technical skills:

• Understanding of the growth approach and data-driven thinking
• Experience in game development or mobile products
• Marketing team management
• English C1

Additional requirements:

• Lifelong learner careerist, geek, and big d energy
• Lots of content work (influencers, content factories for TikTok/Shorts)
• Community management (Discord, live audience in games)
• Cross-promotion, collaborations, branding projects
• Almost no paid traffic — buyers will be sad here
