**Senior Personal Assistant **

📍**to UHNW Principal (Switzerland) **

We are looking for a person who values long-term cooperation, knows how to work at the highest level, and is ready to become a true right hand for the family.

Ideal candidate:

• Woman up to 45 years old
• Resides in Switzerland (Canton of Vaud or Canton of Geneva)
• Holds a Swiss passport or Permit C
• Has personal transport
• Has proven work experience in Switzerland
• Is fluent in Russian, French, and English ❗️
• Has experience in long-term work in one place (minimum 6–7 years) — this is a very important criterion for us

Main responsibilities (high-level lifestyle support):

• Full management of the principal's and family members' calendar and schedule
• Organization of luxury travel (private jets, yachts, complex international logistics)
• Coordination of lifestyle and private events
• Interaction with the family office, household staff, and contractors
• Confidential correspondence and high-level administrative support
• Anticipating needs and proactively resolving issues
