Sales Manager wanted for an international fintech marketplace

About the company An international fintech marketplace connecting online businesses with verified payment providers directly. We work with merchants from all verticals — low-risk and high-risk segments, local acquiring, crypto payments. The team is distributed, and the work format is fully remote.

We are looking for a Sales Manager who will handle the full client lifecycle: from the first contact to account launch and development. The role involves independent work with a portfolio and active development of the acquisition channel.

▪️Responsibilities ▫️Full deal cycle: qualification, demo, negotiation, signing, client onboarding. ▫️Working with inbound leads and developing your own acquisition channel (LinkedIn, email, industry events, partnerships). ▫️Choosing a direction: working with merchants, providers, or both segments. ▫️Deal management in AmoCRM, maintaining a transparent pipeline, regular reporting. ▫️Participation in deal reviews with the Head of Sales and CCO.

▪️Requirements ▫️B2B sales experience of 2+ years. Priority: fintech, payments, Web3, enterprise SaaS. ▫️Experience in independently closing deals — from first contact to signing. Full cycle, not just individual pipeline stages. ▫️Understanding of the payment industry: PSP, acquiring, high-risk and low-risk segments, KYB. Experience with crypto payments is a plus. ▫️English C1+. All client communication is in English. ▫️Willingness to conduct online product demos for English-speaking clients. ▫️Independence, proactivity, ability to work without constant supervision.
