- Support key clients of the department: maintain a client list, prepare proposals considering the client's specifics, expectations, and needs.
- Organize the preparation of tender proposals.
- Ensure effective interaction of participants in the service delivery process.
- Track post-service sales of Company products, interact with key account managers to increase product sales based on positive service delivery results. Collect statistics on post-service sales.
- Participate in service presales.
- Process and analyze project data (work with accounting systems).
- Control pilot projects.
- Maintain a high level of commercial client retention and activations.
- Collect client feedback.
What you need for this:
- Skills in managing service delivery projects (MDR service management will be a plus): managing communications, project risks, labor resources, timelines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project.
- Skills in preparing technical and commercial proposals (TCP).
- Skills in conducting business correspondence with clients and partners in Russian and English.
- Skills in conducting negotiations with clients and partners in Russian and English.
- Skills in creating and presenting presentations for management in Russian and English.
- Higher technical education will be a plus.
