Simple customer experience + high yield: you choose the term, see the conditions, top it up. Profit.
We've already become a full-fledged business, but have retained the atmosphere and speed of a startup in spirit. Our ambition is to capture a significant share of all individual savings in Russia, disrupting the usual products.
Who we're looking for:
- you think in numbers: you have a deep understanding of analytics, cause-and-effect relationships, and A/B tests
- you're a strong problem solver: you can break any task down to its root and find a working solution, even with incomplete data
- you have a well-developed product sense: you feel where the experience "breaks" and where it's "wow". You can justify this and fix it
- you're about execution: you drive things to a result, not just to a discussion. You make decisions quickly and aren't afraid to make mistakes
One of your strengths is either CX or growth. Depending on this, you will be tasked with:
CX:
- building the end-to-end customer experience for Т-Счет: from first touch to re-engagement and growing funds within the product
- identifying problems in the experience, proposing solutions, and prioritizing based on impact on metrics (activation, AUM, retention)
- getting to the bottom of every initiative and finding trade-offs at all levels: legal structure, economics, customer experience, etc.
Growth:
- identifying product growth points and prioritizing initiatives based on impact on metrics (activation, AUM, retention)
- launching new growth channels: from product mechanics to collaborations inside and outside the company
- getting to the bottom of every initiative and finding trade-offs at all levels: legal structure, economics, customer experience, etc.
