About the company

Unity Parent is a mobile application that helps divorced parents stay involved in their child's life. We make co-parenting convenient, honest, and transparent: planning purchases, ordering goods from marketplaces, direct payments to sellers — all without unnecessary conflicts and personal meetings.

We are now actively developing the product and looking for a business analyst to help us improve user experience, develop new features, and ensure effective interaction between users and the development team.

Responsibilities

• Collection, analysis, and formalization of business requirements. • Communication with the product team, developers, and testers to clarify requirements. • Description of user scenarios and business processes. • Preparation of technical specifications, User Stories, Use Cases, and tasks for development. • Analysis of current processes within the application and identification of product growth areas. • Development of new features for parents, financial operations, and marketplace interactions. • Participation in the design of integrations with payment services and external systems. • Preparation of business process diagrams, user flows, and charts. • Monitoring the compliance of implemented functionality with set requirements. • Participation in the acceptance of new functionality along with the QA team.

Candidate Profile

• Understanding of the software development lifecycle. • Experience in describing requirements and business processes. • Skills in working with User Stories, BPMN, UML, or similar modeling tools. • Understanding of the principles of mobile applications, APIs, and client-server architecture. • Ability to structure information and translate ideas into clear requirements for the development team. • Analytical thinking and attention to detail. • Skill in identifying user needs and finding optimal solutions. • Proficient written communication. • Desire to grow in the product direction and influence the service development.

Advantageous Skills

• Experience working with mobile products. • Understanding of financial processes and online payments. • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma. • Basic knowledge of SQL and REST API.

Work Conditions
