We are looking for a product owner who understands how BackOffice works in large banking systems.

Responsibilities: • Analysis of business processes and requirements in the areas of banking operations, risks, compliance, and administration; • Development of a strategy for building or reconstructing the BackOffice system based on the current product; • Understanding the specifics of antifraud and reporting operations; • Interaction with the development team to define architectural solutions and interfaces; • Formation of the system development roadmap; • Development of specifications and requirements for the development of new modules and functions; • Ensuring the integration of the system with external services and internal company systems; • Ensuring the quality of implementation, testing, and successful system launch.

What we expect: • Experience as a product owner or in a similar position in large banks or fintech companies; • Deep understanding of the principles of banking back-office systems, including risk management, compliance, financial operations, and administrative panels; • Experience in creating or scaling back-office systems; • Understanding of workflows in accounting, finance, and compliance, as well as fraud prevention; • Ability to manage product strategy and development teams; • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with business clients.
