The virtual PBX brand MANGO OFFICE is looking for an AI Transformation Lead.
The company is currently building an AI-first culture and is seeking an AI Product Lead – someone who will take charge of the development and scaling of AI practices within MANGO OFFICE: from identifying business cases and validating hypotheses to launching working AI solutions that impact P&L, team efficiency, and product value for clients.
The main objective of this role is to make AI not just a set of isolated experiments, but an integral part of MANGO OFFICE's operational and product model.
We need a leader who can find strong AI use cases, turn them into products and automations, launch pilots, prove their impact with data, and scale successful solutions within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategy for the growth of AI products and AI practices within the company
- Identify processes that can be automated or enhanced with AI
- Categorize initiatives by type: automation, AI product, AI agent, internal assistant, analytical scenario, RAG/knowledge assistant, customer experience improvement
- Formulate a transparent portfolio of AI initiatives: statuses, priorities, owners, risks, expected impact, and next steps
- In close collaboration with business units, transform hypotheses into working AI solutions that directly impact the company's P&L
- Ensure that AI initiatives do not remain as local experiments and demos but become part of regular processes
- Seek new growth areas for AI within MANGO OFFICE products and internal company processes
- Generate value from AI solutions through clear business scenarios: sales, customer service, contact center, support, marketing, analytics, development, operational functions
- Participate in the development of AI capabilities for products: speech analytics, AI assistants, AI agents, operator and manager prompts, request automation, quality control, self-service scenarios
- Formulate and prioritize the product backlog for AI initiatives
- Assign tasks to technical teams, developers, analysts, and ML/AI specialists
- Build and develop an AI development and implementation team
- Foster an AI-first culture through tangible results and practical applications
Candidate Expectations:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner / Product Lead in IT
- Experience with AI products, AI services, ML/LLM solutions, or business process automation
- Understanding of how AI solutions are implemented in real-world processes: from hypothesis and prototype to regular use
- Ability to translate unstructured business requests into product hypotheses, requirements, MVPs, and measurable results
- Experience in forming and prioritizing a product backlog
- Skills in conducting interviews, researching user needs, and identifying growth opportunities
- Ability to calculate and justify the impact of implementation: financial, time, quality, speed, conversion, error reduction, efficiency increase
- Ability to collaborate with developers, analysts, ML/AI specialists, marketing, sales, information security, and other stakeholders
- Skill in presenting and defending product solutions to internal and external stakeholders
- Systematic thinking, independence, leadership qualities, and a focus on measurable results
- Willingness to work in conditions of uncertainty, quickly test hypotheses, and bring solutions to implementation
The team does not expect the candidate to write production code daily, but it is important to have a solid understanding of the AI landscape and communicate effectively with technical teams.
Will be a plus:
- Experience in B2B, B2B SaaS, enterprise products, or products for large businesses
- Experience launching new product lines
- Experience with contact centers, telephony, speech analytics, robots, CRM, customer service, sales, or martech/adtech
- Experience building an AI function or AI practice from scratch
- Experience implementing AI tools in internal company processes
- Experience with RAG systems, corporate knowledge bases, AI assistants, or AI agents
- Experience with tools like OpenAI, Claude, GigaChat, YandexGPT, LangChain/LlamaIndex, n8n/Make, Cursor/Copilot, or similar
- Basic Python, SQL, or understanding of REST API, webhooks, JSON
