About the role: We are looking for a leader who will take full responsibility for the P&L and operational management of a key business unit of the company. This is a rare combination: managing a final service with a robotic core, interacting with major banks (B2B) and end customers (B2C), developing technological products, and a large, dynamic team. The technological platform is already operational — your task is to manage the business, increase its profitability, and bring ongoing changes to financial results. Reporting to: General Director of the "IT Solutions in Residential Real Estate" division. Key role objective: Management of the division's P&L, achievement of target profitability indicators for each business line, organic product development, and strengthening partnerships with banks.

Key Responsibilities: Block 1. Finance and P&L. Manage the department's profitability: direct responsibility for P&L, control of revenues and expenses by business lines. Optimize the cost structure, achieve target efficiency indicators (payroll, unit economics). Formulate financial strategy and reporting for shareholders. Block 2. Product and Automation. Develop the department's IT products, increasing the share of automation in the production process. Bring already launched projects to financial results. Reduce the share of manual labor through the implementation of AI and RPA. Block 3. Market and Clients. Strengthen positions and build long-term relationships with key partner banks. Analyze market trends, find new applications for real estate market data, expand the product line. Block 4. Team and Change Management. Lead a team of 100+ professionals (appraisers and verifiers, developers, support). All positions are staffed — it is necessary to build an effective management system and develop a culture of continuous improvement. Organize employee training and retraining, develop new competencies (including working with AI tools). Implement a transparent KPI system, dashboards, and regular feedback, maintaining team motivation during periods of change.
