Everyone knows about Aviasales marketing, but we want even more! We are now looking for someone to join our team who will take on the task of developing our social media presence in Novosibirsk.
What needs to be done
- manage and develop Aviasales social media in Novosibirsk;
- generate ideas for posts, write texts, create images and bring them to a finished result;
- be responsible for the entire cycle of video content creation for Reels and TikTok: from developing the idea and writing the script to filming, editing, and posting;
- participate in team retrospectives and brainstorms;
- follow trends and memes and adapt them to the local context;
- grow followers and reach: propose hypotheses, test formats, analyze results;
- interact with the audience: respond to comments and messages, build a community, escalate complex cases;
- launch engaging mechanics (surveys, quizzes, contests, challenges);
- prepare reports on the results of work.
What we expect from you
- you live in Novosibirsk and are well-oriented in the city: you know interesting and unusual locations;
- you have experience working with different social media: you understand what works, follow trends, and can boast successful cases;
- you have experience in the full content creation cycle — from idea to publication: send us your portfolio in your cover letter so we can learn more about your projects;
- you know how to work with metrics and understand how to grow reach and followers;
- you approach tasks proactively: you can generate ideas without a brief, test, and experiment;
- you can be filmed in content and/or organize filming;
- it will be a plus if you know how to work with Figma and CapCut.

- location: Novosibirsk, we cannot consider candidates from other cities;
- work format: remote, full-time (8-hour workday), schedule — standard five-day week;
