To the brewing company Baltika is required Head of Controlling Group for the "Procurement" Department.
Baltika company is one of the largest beer producers, an exporter and a leader in the energy drinks and non-alcoholic beer market in Russia. The company manages 8 factories and has over 700 Russian and international awards in professional and consumer competitions.
Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for financial and analytical support of the procurement department;
- Leadership of the process of preparing long-term financial plans and operational forecasts, factor analysis of actual results, providing comments and preparing monthly slides;
- Responsibility for the entire period closing process for their department;
- Support of the process and recommendations for improving the financial performance of the procurement department;
- Carrying out financial calculations in support of operational and strategic decisions made by managers and employees of the procurement department;
- Analysis and evaluation of financial efficiency, calculation of investment project efficiency;
- Management of a controlling group (2 people).
Requirements:
- Higher education in finance, economics;
- Work experience as a financial controller, manager / head of a controlling group for at least 5 years, preferably in procurement;
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, ability to structure large volumes of information;
- Excellent knowledge of finance, financial indicators;
- Mandatory knowledge of Excel at an advanced level.
