We are looking for a candidate for the position of Commercial Director with fluent English for a well-known international FMCG company, a food producer.

What's so difficult about that? - you might ask.

The difficulty, as always, lies in the stringent requirements.

I am looking for:

• a classic HiPo.
• exclusively from the position of Commercial Director-1
• a current employee(!!!) of a well-known FMCG MULTINATIONAL company
• with quality confirmed experience (no older than 3 years) managing NKA in a position no lower than Group KAM
• with expertise in managing a team of at least 5 people
• with a good understanding of e-com
• possessing experience in managing cross-functional projects
• able to drive change
• of course, with fluent English

Expertise in: RTM, Sales Efficiency, Business Development, Catman, Shopper Marketing management is highly welcomed.
