Holyweb is a service IT company. For 6 years, we have been creating corporate systems and services for IT holdings, retail, fintech, and logistics companies.

We are currently looking for a Fullstack (middle+/senior) for one of our projects – a B2B personal account for a federal service. The team already includes backend developers, frontend developers, testers, DevOps engineers, a project manager, a designer, and a system analyst (using SCRUM methodology).
Responsibilities
- Interact with stakeholders, identify and document functional and business requirements;
- Transform them into task descriptions in the Jira task tracker;
- Formulate task descriptions for the development team;
- Collaborate with the designer on UX/UI elaboration;
- Describe business processes and various user scenarios (User Cases, User Stories);
- Manage requirement changes, update the project knowledge base;
- Monitor client meetings and record all agreements;
- Participate in client demos and acceptance testing;
- Advise the client's technical support as an expert.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of commercial work experience;
- Excellent skills in conducting interviews and identifying corner cases when gathering functional and business requirements;
- Understanding of client-server architecture principles, backend and frontend interaction, and REST architectural style;
- Ability to work on tasks with a high degree of uncertainty;
- Experience in developing USM, CJM;
- Solid knowledge of requirements visualization tools (at least one of the notations: UML, BPMN, EPC);
- Experience in composing simple SQL queries (SELECT, JOIN, WHERE, GROUP BY, HAVING, aggregate functions);
- Proficient skills in using Miro;
- Ability to articulate thoughts clearly, including in writing;
- Experience working with Confluence, Jira.
