🎯 Role Objective: Scale sales in Kazakhstan, develop new markets, primarily Uzbekistan, strengthen relationships with key clients, and influence the business's commercial strategy.
👤 We are looking for a leader with experience in the energy / industrial B2B sector, strong negotiation skills, a technical background, and real business growth case studies.
⭐ Fluency in Kazakh will be a plus.
