Freelance Brand Manager

We're looking for a Freelance Brand Manager: 3-6 month contract, remote (option to extend)

Saco Foods is a better-for-you consumer brand, and we're looking for an experienced freelance Brand Manager to help accelerate our marketing efforts for a 3-6 month engagement, starting soon, with the potential to extend based on fit and need.

You'd own brand strategy and day-to-day execution across campaigns, positioning, and content; working closely with our leadership team to keep our identity sharp as we grow.

What you'd be doing:

• Owning brand strategy and messaging across channels
• Leading new product development and innovation, from concept to launch
• Building and executing go-to-market strategy for new products and initiatives
• Briefing and managing creative, content, and campaign work
• Partnering with marketing, sales, and SBU leads on go-to-market initiatives
• Tracking performance and refining based on what's working

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years in brand management, ideally in consumer/CPG
• Experience leading NPD/innovation
• Track record of building and running GTM strategy
• Comfortable working independently and moving fast in a lean team
• Available for a 3-6 month freelance engagement, remote

This is a contract role — remote, flexible on hours, open to discussing rate based on experience, with room to extend beyond 6 months if it's a great fit.
